If you wish to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@reinhab.com with the subject “Order cancellation”.

Cancellation is possible as long as the order has not yet been prepared or shipped. Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, we unfortunately can no longer cancel it.

To return a product, simply contact us at contact@reinhab.com so that we can register your request and send you the return instructions. You have 90 days from receipt of your order to request a return.

• For a refund, return shipping costs are your responsibility and will be deducted from the refund.

The item must be perfectly intact, unused (or simply tried on) and in the exact condition in which you received it. Only returns requested in advance can be accepted.
